Director of department

Job description: • Organization and development of department's activities; • Assurance compliance of work safety, fire safety and other requirements; • Implementation of company‘s strategic goals and budget; • Efficient and successful implementation of goals set for the department; • Search of new clients, maintenance and development of communication with actual and potential clients; • Participation in the development and implementation of sales strategies, their improvement; • Regular analysis of performance indicators, creation and delivery of reports; • Market analysis, proposal generation on the company‘s services and activity development; • Company‘s representation. Requirements: • Desire to work and improve in the field of personnel management; • Work experience in project or personnel management, leadership skills would be an advantage; • Excellent planning, communication and negotiation skills; • Excellent skills in English and Russian languages; • Independence, orientation to the result, initiative, honesty, responsibility; • Driver licence and own car.
